How do I get Word 2007 to start with screen display maximised?

When I start Word 2007, it comes up with a reduced size display similar to
that of the "reduced down" button. I can't find an option to change this to
full size.

Right-click on the shortcut used to start Word and choose Properties. On the
Shortcut tab, for Run, choose Maximized.
