How do I get Word to show me what page number I'm currently on ?

I'm looking at a 30-page doc (Office 2003). Until recently, I could see what
page number I was on in the bottom left of the screen. Now it's gone. I
don't know what I might have done to turn it off, but I'd like it back on.
Any ideas, please ?

If you are saying that the status bar isn't visible, do the following to
show it: On the Tools menu, click Options. On the View tab, click to select
the "Status bar" option under "Show."
