WordArt uses VML graphics, which is positioned on the page using
Absolute Positioning - if the rest of the page isn't absolutely
positioned, or if the Word Art is placed in a table cell or other
non-positioned container, the WordArt will appear to move relative to
the rest of the page.
VML graphics are also only rendered by Internet Explorer 5.5 and
later, other versions and browsers will render either nothing at all,
or a poor quality .gif version of the image.
In my opinion, WordArt and other VML graphics should never be used in
a publicly accessible web site.
