how do i get x axis labels to display the same as they do in a worksheet?

Hi,

Im trying to chart a table as a line graph but the x axis labels do
not display the same as they do in the worksheet. It only displays
every other label. I can change the font size (to tiny), so then all
the labels are shown, but when I paste it into Word it reverts back to
the every other label. In excel 2003 you used to be able to stretch
out the labels to fit etc, but i cannot find this function!

Help!

Thanks

In Excel 2003, double click the axis, and on the Scale tab, type a 1 in the
Categories between Tick Labels box. Even if there's a 1 there already, enter
a 1 and press Enter, which will turn off the autoscaling function. I have no
idea how to turn autoscaling back on.

It sounds like you're asking about Excel 2007. Right click on the axis,
select Format Axis, and on the Axis Options panel of the dialog, under
Interval Between Labels, select Specify Interval Unit and enter 1 in the
box. Turn autoscaling back on by selecting Automatic instead.
