How do I give away an older office program legally?

I am giving my one year old laptop to one son and he will give the 3 yr old
one to his brother. I have Office Pro 2003 on the one I am passing on. I want
to take it off and put it on my desk top legally. My son is using Office
student version 2007 and wants to move it to the one I am giving him. I
received Office Small Business as a trial and have order the full version of
Professional Plus so putting the 2003 on my older desktop would be great.

If you bought it separately (not preinstalled on a computer), you can
install it on your laptop. Uninstall the suite from the laptop first - just
so you don't forget.
