How do I give nicknames to my email?

Boss wants to know how he can nickname his email recipeints...for example..if
he types "Blondie" into the "To:" field of his outlook he wants my email to
automatically come up...how do I get this to happen for him?

If he wants to use autocompletion, then his options are limited and cannot
include nicknames. You can show him how autocompletion works if he doesn't
believe you:

The only way he could use the nickname field to select recipients is if he
were to select the recipient from the Contacts Folder before he starts the
message. The only robust search/filter abilities in Outlook are in the
Contacts Folder.
