How do I group items on a page?

In Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 I would like to group items on a page to be
able to move them as one. This way I can move text, pictures, and pen lines
that are related without having to redraw lines and so forth. I know that I
can group them together by selecting multiple items and then moving them
together, but I would like to be able to group them permanently and ungroup
them later if needed. Microsoft Powerpoint has this ability for example.

Richard,

As far as I am aware you can't group text and graphics permanently,
other than by putting them, say, on the same subpage. That is, quite
possibly, not granular enough for you.

The technique I described at
http://www.tfosorcim.org/archives/000245.html is something you
indicate you are familiar with.

You can permanently group text by placing it all in the same note
container.
