How do I handle Error codes 0x81000365 and 0x8007274c?

These codes show up when I try to down load. Tried help and I got none.

I want to know what these codes mean and how to solve the problem.
Error code 081000365 came up when I tyied to down load an updated version of
MSN. MSN version 6.0 is instaled on my computer.

It is a connectivity problem , but i can still get on the internet and
receive E-Mail.
