Here's the scenario I'd like to set up:
I send out a notification about training to 150 people in my company using
voting buttons. There are 6 sessions being held, and they can choose which
one they want to attend using the voting buttons. The voting button contains
the topic and date that the user is responding for. I'd like Outlook to
reply with the appropriate meeting request so that they'll get only ONE
meeting request that they can respond to and have it add to their calendar.
I'm able to create a rule that automatically responds with a meeting notice
by creating the meeting notice and saving it as a template. Problem is that
it always defaults to "today's" date.
Is there any way to get it to "save" the date that I'm typing into the
template?
BTW...Not a programmer here at all.
Thanks!
