how do I have my returned e-mails not come back to my inbox with .

I am sending video's to a large e-mail group and often people's inboxes are
full. The e-mails come back to me saying undeliverable etc and come back
with the video attached. When a few come back my inbox becomes full and over
quota. How can I set up outlook to take off the attached file when coming
back as undeliverable or over quota?
