How do I have Navigation Pane "Collapsed" when application Opens?

My applications developed in Access 2003 all open with the Navigation Pane
Collapsed in Access 2007.
New applications developed in Access 2007, all open with the Navigation Pane
Expanded.
I want my 2007 application to open with the Navigation pane Collasped, (Not
Hidden).
All my programs open with a splash Screen for about 10 seconds before
loading Main Menu.
