How do I hide an attachment in an appointment in Outlook calendar?

I am using Outlook 2003. I would like to create a recurring monthly
appointment in Outlook Calendar. I would also like to insert an attachment
within the appointment and then hide it so it is not visible to the others
who have access to my calendar. How do I do that?
