How do I hide my Business contacts when using address book?

Heelp, I hope this is the BCC field. I was directed to it and I have no idea
what it is... I am trying to send to a group of business contacts in my
address book (outlook express 6) and it lists the name of every contact in
the "to"field". I would like to only display the adrees book group name.
Can anyone please help?
