How do I hide the PDFMaker 7.0 toolbar in Outlook?

It seems to be impossible to hide (or reposition) the PDFMaker 7.0 plug-in
toolbar in Outlook 2003. Whatever settings are selected in a sesion, they are
reset when Outlook is restarted.
