How do I "hide when minimized" Outlook when there is no Icon?

How do I get the Outlook Icon to come back to the Desktop Taskbar so I can
"hide when minimized" Outlook. I already went to Run>msconfig and nothing
was on there to boot it up when started.

I would suggest you post your query a little more clearly. Also post it in
