How do I highlight my outgoing emails (in different colors)?

I know how to change the appearance of ingoing emails in my viewer, however I
would like to change the color of my important outgoing emails so that they
are highlighted in the inbox of the recipients.

Any and all assistance in this matter is hugely appreciated!

If I understand the question correctly, you can't control another persons
view on a folder.

Thank you for the confirmation - It's just that I'm almost certain that I've
received incoming emails that appeared green (for example) in my inbox in
the past, when I had no custom formats set up for that person - if you're
sure that's the case I will stop trying!
