how do I import a Filemaker Pro file to Access?

I have a very old Filemaker Pro file (.fp3) and no longer have the program on
any of my computers. How do I open it in Access?

Access cannot read FileMaker data files. I think you'll have to find a
computer with FileMaker installed and use it to export the file's
contents to a text file or spreadsheet that Access can import.

Do you recommend any particular type of file to export to? I'm thinking of
downloading a free trial version of FileMaker for this.

thanks.

I don't know just what FM offers, but I'd try CSV first, followed by
Excel or tab-delimited.
