How do I import a Publisher document/template into Word?

I have created a fax template in Publisher, with some basic company info and
logos. Is it possible to merge this into Word? Any recommendations on
creating a template which a secretary could complete the fax information from
this template would be appreciated.

Publisher to Word is ugly, at best. You lose all of the graphics and most,
if not all, of the formatting.
