How do I import a Visio file with links into Word (with links)?

Specifically I want to import a Visio flowchart into a Word document but keep
the existing links in the flowchart. The links are to other flowcharts and
URL links. I cannot figure out how to import the flowcharts without losing
the links. Any suggestions?
