How do I import an address book from Netscape 7.2 to Outlook 2002

I use Netscape mail in Browser 7.2. I just recently upgraded my browser to
8.0 and discovered it contains no Netscape mail. I am now using Outlook 2002
for my e-mail. How do I export my address book from Netscape and import it
into Outlook?
