How do I import an Excel 07 File to my Outlook 07 Contact list

In future - please post question in the body of the message.

In answer to your question -two options

#1 - Save your worksheet as a CSV file or....
#2 - Save your worksheet as an Excel 97-2003 xls file

Either one of the above can be imported by Outlook
