How do I import contact oc outlook 2002 to outlook 2003

Whenever I try to import the exported data in .pst form from outlook 2002 to
outlook 2003 or vice a versa I get a message stating that "file access denied
, you do not have permission required to access the file". Kindly help me

First, the PST must be on your hard drive and you must remove the read-only
attribute. Second, never import. Just open the PST with File>Open>Outlook
Data File and copy the data you want. To do otherwise can lose data.
