How do I import contacts & calendar itms frm Groupwise to Outlook

We recently moved from Groupwise to Outlook. How can I import
contcta/calendar items and key e-mails from Groupwise to Outlook?

Examine what formats Groupwise can export and use a format that matches one
of those that Outlook can import.
