How do I import contacts from incredimail to office outlook.

I cannot import address's from incredimail to office outlook or export to
office outlook from incredimail is there a way to do this rather than typing
the address's in by hand.

Find a way to get the data out of Incredimail into a text file, then in
Outlook use the File/Import tools.

Hi Chief,

Incredimail has an addin available to work with Outlook or,
in Incredimail bring up your Address book then choose
File=>Export. You should then be able to import that
exported file into Outlook.
