how do I import contacts from outlook express to outlook 2007

ok I realised my mistake ,I re-formated the hdd,reenstalled windows and
office 2007 the subject was my question, thanks, so my mistake Ill have to
wait for everyone to email me

If you re-formatted the HDD and had no data backup, then your OE data is
GONE!
