How do I Import data from Acrobat PDF File to Excel

I am importing data in the form of text table to Excel in order to distribute
it in columns and rows, butwhat I gets is a complete rubish that I canot
convert to a text
I am using Excel 2003, Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard
