How do I Import Excel FLOW CHARTS into VISIO?

I have several complex EXCEL flowcharts that I want to put into VISO for ease
of use. Hopw can I accomplish this?

I find EXCEL charts primative and VISIO is very flexible. It's like a
Chevette vs Rolls Royce.
