How do i import from access to excel

I want to import, without repeating, the data from access to excel.

I all ready imported some data but when i want to import new data, i
repeates the one that is already in excel, so every time that i impor
i have samething plus the new data.

What can i do?

Edith,

It sounds like you would like to delete the existing data in the table,
before a new import? It's very easy to do with a Delete query. You can
even automate the process by means of a macro or some simple code,
possibly run by a command button, which will do both the deletion and
the import in one click. Let me know how you do the import, and I'll
tell you how to do it.
