How do I import information from Groupwise to Outlook

I need to be able to export address books and emails from Novell Groupwise
into Outlook.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Read the Groupwise documentation to determine in which formats Groupwise
will export and then examine Outlook's Import function to determine if any
of those formats can be imported. If you find a match, use it.
