How do I import macros from Word 2002 to Word 2003? Not working...

I have several documents that I created using Microsoft Word 2002. I
e-mailed them to a computer that only has Word 2003. When I open up the
documents, I keep getting error messages. For example. When I want to use
the macro, it tells me that my macro settings have disabled it. When I look
at my macro settings they are on the lowest possible security. The exact
error message is "the macro cannot be out or has been disabled because of
your Macro security settings. "

I'm guessing that you're getting this when you click toolbar buttons?

Probably, you saved the toolbars in these documents, but not the macros. The
macros are probably in a template on the other machine, most likely in the
Normal.dot template, but it could be another one that you used when creating
these documents.

You should repeat your message from subject line into message window when
you post a message. It's easier for us old guys to read. ;)

Did you actually try to go into the VBA editor in Word 2003 and use to File
menu to try to Import the Word 2002 macros? What have you actually tried?

Off topic.

I forgot that a lot of people are not using an email client to read these
newsgroups. So that hard to read post didn't make any sense. When I view a
message without main body text, all I see is From: and Subject: in small
font in the viewing pane window title.
