HOW DO I IMPORT MY CONTACTS "ADDRESS AND PHONE LIST" INTO MICROSOft PROJECT

Export the data from Outlook into an Excel file. In Project export a
list of resources with the data you want to import. This provides you a
template of how you should reformat the Excel version of our Outlook
data. Then reformat the data. Then import into Project.
