How do I import my email from my hotmail account?

Help! My emails are lost in cyberspace! My incredimail account (with
hotmail) is no longer letting me accept or send emails, so I am trying to use
my new Outlook account and no emails are coming in.

I'm afraid you've landed in the wrong newsgroup - this one is for questions
