How do I import my own logo into outlook

I want to import my own logo into outlook so that it appears at the top of my
messages. I have tried to do it both as stationary and as a signature, but I
get too much distortion in the logo when I send it. Is there a form I should
be saving it in from Illustrator that would solve the problem? or a way to
import it?
