How do I import pst from 2002 to 2003 version of Outlook?

I installed MS Professional edition 2003 over the previous version XP(2002)
on pentium machine with 1 GB memory with windows XP-Prof. Howevr 2003 version
does not import all the files from 2002 Outlook(pst). Why? How do I import
them?

Never import .pst files in Outlook. Look for your .pst file using Windows
search (enable searching hidden files/folders) and when you locate it, open
it in Outlook using File->Open->Outlook Data File.
