M Mary Aug 27, 2008 #2 You can't import. It only works the other way--importing into Thunderbird. Outlook does not recognize Thunderbird. There is a workaround here but it sounds like a lot of work with no guarantee: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Export_mail_into_Outlook_(Express)_or_Apple_Mail
