How do I include descriptions in a Visio UML report?

Having entered descriptions in UML Use case and activity diagrams I cannot
find any mechanism to get them into a report or database

I'm having the same problem as the documentation is not visible through
normal channels.

I'm working with a couple of programmers creating a VBA module that can
extract the information from Use Case and Activity Diagrams into a word
template for requirements documentation.

Will revert in 2 weeks.

We might be able to help!

Our staff who model Activity diagrams are going mad if we not solve this
problem. We have recently forced them into Visio from Powerpoint and they
demand that we can put the underlying business logic
(Properties.Documentation) into Word or something similar.

If you are on to a solution Kenneth maybe we can help. We have some
experience in programming in VBA. If you want our support we can give some to
you (and us). Have you any clues how to solve it? Any code produced this far?
