I'm trying to make a powerpoint presentation with music included in it. I've
loaded the music on to itunes and I also have it on a CD. How do I include
it in my presentation and time it so that the music and the slides start at
the same time?

Open PowerPoint. Click on Help. Click on the Index tab. Type in music as
your search item. I got 23 topics about adding music. Choose the one that
fits your requirement. This is not intended as sarcasm. There is just too
much information required to reply and cover all the available options.

You can have one song play throughout the presentation. You can link an
audio file to each slide. If you use .mp3 you will need to include that
..mp3 as part of the presentation to have it play on another computer. If
you don't want to include music you can imbed .wav files but they're usually
much larger than the same music in .mp3 format. Etc. Etc.
