How do I include reoccuring meetings to calulate task duration?

When estimating task duration, I would like to have it take into account
meetings (especially reoccuring meetings). Is there an easy way to do this?

How do we incorporate the recurring meetings within the tasks, so that the plan shows that before inserting recurring meetings in teh schedule, the project would finish in five days but after adding the meetings, it will take 6 days

The meeting are their own tasks, not part of another. Use the menu Insert,
Recurring Task and then link, assign resources, and resource level as usual.
