How do I include sub-folders in a search in Outlook 2007

I've recently migrated from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.

I frequently used the Advanced Search tool which had an option to include
subfolders in a search, but I can't find the replacement now. Can anyone help?

When I look at the Search options, I only see 'the currently selected
folder' (which does not retrieve sub-folder results) or 'All folders' which
is not what I want.
