How do I include the date/time on e-mails printed from Outlook?

For whatever reason, the date and time doesn't appear when I print out
messages that I have sent from Outlook. How do I fix that?

Also, I'd like to be able to see the bcc's on my sent messages as well. I
do realize that bcc's are "blind," but is there any way that I can see the
bcc's in my sent messages even though my recipients can't? Thanks in advance!
