How do i incorporate multiple slides in to one slide?

Im using Microsoft Office 2003 (PowerPoint). I have four current slides that
present different information. I would like to copy these four slides and
place them on one slide. So when presenting it all the information is
condensed on to one slide. Copy and paste or drag & drop doesnt work.

When i have copied and pasted one slide on to the new blank one. It is still
very large taking up all the space. I need to shrink it so i can fit all four
slide information that include organisation structure and other information
on to one slide.

Cutie pie,

I believe you will have to copy and paste each slide... and manually re-size
them

So select your first slide

edit menu > select all >
draw menu > group >
edit menu > copy

create a new blank slide.

edit menu > paste

resize the slide by using the corner handles and hold down the SHIFT key to
keep things in proportion.

To get the text smaller - click the Smaller or the two "A's" on the top
toolbar a few times.

repeat for each slide

cheers

An alternative method would be to select the slide thumbnail in the slides
pane or in slide sorter view, then on the regular slide, choose Edit | Paste
Special. Paste as PNG, which is an image. Then you can resize by dragging a
corner.
