I have little experience with outlook and I need to know how to increase my
storage space so I can store more emails. Currently I do not have many stored
emails but i keep getting a message telling me i have nearly reached my
capacity limit. Any help is appreciated.

That message is not coming from Outlook but from your ISP hosting your
mailbox.
Log on to the web based mailbox and delete the items from there.
If you are using POP3, you can configure how long the messages should be
kept on the server.

What version of Outlook? What type of account? One possibility is that
you're using a POP account and leave copies of messages on the server and it
is your server mailbox that is nearly full. When do you see this message?
What are you doing when it occurs? We can't see your screen, so be as
explicit in describing your symptoms as possible.
