How do I increase the # of multiple choice questions

I'd like to increase the number of multiple choice questions in the exam
template but I'm limited to only 6 questions, with only three, not four as I
would like, answers. What do I need to do to retain the formatting and
increase the number of questions/choices? Please help! Thanks.
