how do I increase the size of my outlook program.

It does not allow me to receive more messages because it tells me there is no
more space. I use this for business and need to keep a large amount of
emails.

One can't tell from your description if the message is from your
ISP/Exchange or Outlook.

If you store message on the server, you need to request more space from
your ISP and/or Exchange admin.

If you store messages on your PC, then you probably need a larger
harddisk so that your Outlook PST file can continue to grow.

You could also sort your messages by size and see if you have messages
with very large attachments. If that's the case, save the attachments
to another disk and delete those messages to free up space.

That said, BCM itself does not save your email messages (just some
information about messages received by your Business Contacts) so you
should consider seeking help in microsoft.public.outlook.

Thank you for your help. I did delete a lot of files after your message.
However, I have seen others be able to keep an unlimited amount of files in
their outlook. Is there a way to increase the storage size?

Send them to the archive folder... meaning turn on archiving in the Option
menus
