How do I increase the size of the box in an Organization Chart?

In Word 2003, I would like to increase the size of the boxes to display all
the text. The font size has been automatically set to 5. I would like it to
be more like 12. If I could lengthen the box size that would solve the
problem. Thanks.

On the Organization Chart toolbar, click Layout and deselect AutoLayout. You
will then be able to size the text boxes individually.
