how do I initialize form to enter contacts in business contacts

I'm trying to enter business contacts and when I click on new contact in
business contacts the business forms manager can't initialize the form. The
form is in regular contacts.

I've tried re-boot, clearing the forms cache and reinstalling, but I can't
get the form to enter new business contacts.

I'm using Office Professional Edition 2003

Help!!

Hi

Check if Business Tools is avalaible else go help > About > Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled items and enable BCM

Do you have the Business Contact Manager 2.0 (also called the BCM Update)?

Please make sure that you check for any updates and make sure that all the
updates for BCM are installed.
