How do I insert a link that will send the word doc as an email

I would like to create a word doc that can be sent out and then edited. I
would like to add a hyperlink that will send an automatic email and
automatically attach the document to it.

Hmmm...why not just e-mail the document, as an attachment from Word? I'm
not really clear what you're trying to do here but I'm pretty sure OneNote
isn't the product to do it. You might try asking in either the Word or
Outlook newsgroups.
