how do I insert a picture with round corners?

i need to insert a round-cornered photo with shadowing in a CV. how do I do
that in Word 2003? thanks

Create a rounded rectangle AutoShape and give it a shadow, then use the
photo as fill: click on the arrow on the Fill Color button (Drawing toolbar)
and choose Fill Effects, then the Picture tab, and select your picture.
