How do I insert a Rotation Handle to an existing Visio Shape?

I've "upgraded" to Visio 2003 and no longer have the Rotate Button
(Formatting Toolbar). I have hundreds of existing shapes that I need to
freely rotate. Is it possible to edit my shapes and add the Rotation Handle?
