How Do I Insert a Shockwave Object

in the Mac version of powerpoint? I see many ways of doing it for Win. Can't find a "Controls Toolbox". . . .

You won't find the Controls toolbar in Mac Office because the Controls are
ActiveX which is not - never has been - supported on Mac OS. ActiveX is
"Windows-Only" & I doubt it will ever be provided for the Mac.

I don't have any direct experience to offer you as I've not had occasion to
do so myself, but you might Google for something such as "swf in Mac
Powerpoint". I believe there is a conversion to .fla required but I'm not
really up on the subject. It's also likely that someone else will eventually
reply if you'll be patient enough to keep checking back.
